CEI expands with acquisition of TR Crane and Towing

CEI Crane & Rigging has acquired TR Crane and Towing, a Ravenna, Ohio, USA-based crane service provider with more than two decades of experience in heavy equipment lifting, steel erection, HVAC lifts and related work.

Headquartered in Massillon, Ohio, CEI Crane & Rigging offers crane services, rigging, heavy hauling, machinery moving and plant relocation. The company also provides heated warehouse space and crating and shipping services for large equipment.

The acquisition expands CEI’s reach in Northeast Ohio. “TR Crane and Towing is another reliable family company, just like CEI,” said Brian Selinsky, president, CEI Crane & Rigging. “This acquisition positions our company to continue to offer dependable, safe crane service to even more customers throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond.”
