ALL Family of Companies announces key leadership changes
17 June 2025

The ALL Family of Companies has announced a series of leadership changes following the retirement of longtime team member Rick Mikut, who stepped down on May 30, 2025 after an impressive 49-year career with the company.
Succeeding Mikut as director of crawler crane operations is Chad Rados, a 30-year veteran of ALL who has served in various roles throughout his career. Rados started with the company at 18 as an oiler, later becoming an operator based out of the Cleveland headquarters. He went on to serve as a site supervisor in Chicago for Central Contractors Service before returning to Cleveland, where he most recently worked as a project manager.

Stepping into the project manager role vacated by Rados is Brian Meek, a 21-year ALL employee with a similarly hands-on background. Like Rados, Meek began as an oiler and moved up through the ranks as an operator. In recent years, he worked as a sales representative and equipment specialist, managing numerous bridge and urban construction projects. He also collaborated with Rados to help develop training courses, which he will now oversee as part of his new responsibilities.
The project manager role at ALL blends sales training, continuing education and technical project support across the company’s nationwide network. Both promotions are effective immediately.
