Arrowhead Winch hosts first Authorized Service Center Advisory Council

Arrowhead Winch recently convened its first Advisory Council meeting for Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), bringing together representatives from across its global network. The inaugural event was held in Houston, Texas, USA, with 28 participants attending in-person and online.

Representatives from Arrowhead Winch’s global network of Authorized Service Centers gathered in Houston, Texas, USA.

The council served as a forum for ASC partners to exchange perspectives on customer needs, operational standards and broader industry trends. Companies in the ASC program are factory-trained service providers for BRADEN and Gearmatic hydraulic planetary hoists, with a primary focus on offshore crane applications. Many locations also extend their services to construction, specialized transportation, ports, renewable energy and mining sectors.

“This is something we have been wanting to do for a long time, and I think it exceeded expectations on both sides,” said Paul Hiltenbeitel, director of sales, Arrowhead Winch. “We consider ourselves fortunate to work with such an amazing group, dedicated to setting the standard in the industry by providing the highest level of service to their customers.”

Participating organizations included Altrad Sparrows, Enermech, Hydradyne, Gulf Crane Services, Miguel Mechanical, National Oilwell Varco, Oil States Industries, PT Alatas Crane Service and TOS Global.
