ATA executive to speak at SC&RA Transportation Symposium

Timothy Lynch, senior vice president of the American Trucking Associations' Federation Relations and Strategic Planning, will discuss understanding and preparing for the 2009 Highway Reauthorization during SC&RA's 2007 Specialized Transportation Symposium, March 7-9, at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Orlando, FL. Lynch is known for his ability to present a straightforward review of transportation needs and the reality of a decaying infrastructure with the projected increase in cargo.
