Butz takes on lead sales role for Tadano America

Ken Butz has been named general manager of sales for Tadano America, based in Houston, TX. Butz brings more than 30 years of crane sales and support experience to the company, according to Tadano.

“Throughout his career Ken has been skilled at building and developing successful channels of sales for crane products,” said Jay Shiffler, executive vice president of Tadano America. “We are pleased to have him on board.”

Most recently, Butz served as regional business manager for Manitowoc Cranes. He also worked for Kobelco and Link-Belt.

“Tadano is well positioned to grow market share with their full line of rough terrain and all terrain cranes,” Butz said. “Throughout North America Tadano‘s quality products are being recognized as an excellent investment. I look forward to the opportunity to lead the sales organization.”
