Emsley orders five new Liebherr cranes

UK mobile crane rental company Emsley Crane Hire has taken delivery of a new 40 tonne capacity wheeled mobile telescopic crane as the first of five new Liebherrs to join the fleet in 2022.

The LTM 1040-2.1 will be followed by another of the same model later in the year plus three 60 tonne capacity LTM 1060-3.1 three axle models. All five will have the Variobase stabiliser optimisation function. The 40 tonners have the tiltable crane cabin and the 60 tonners will have a double fly jib.

It’s good to see the superstructure cabin of the Liebherr LTM 1040 now has a tilting cabin and extendable access step for operator comfort and added safety. We look forward to taking delivery of the additional LTM 1060 models, we already have two of these in service and they are an extremely popular model with our customer base.”
