Engineered Rigging launches CLP products in USA

USA- headquartered Engineered Rigging has partnered with Officine CLP, an Italian manufacturer of hydraulic gantries, beam lifts, jacking towers and customized lifting and moving systems, to bring CLP products to North and South America.

For more than 50 years, CLP’s solutions have been a staple at construction sites and industrial facilities across Europe, expanding steadily into global markets. Now, Engineered Rigging said it breaks new ground with full access to sell and distribute CLP’s heavy-lift equipment throughout the Americas.

The partnership comes at a pivotal time, according to Engineered Rigging. The US is in the middle of an unprecedented industrial construction boom, with data center construction spending climbing 27 per cent year-over-year, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

When combined with continued investment in manufacturing and warehouse facilities, the demand for heavy lifting equipment, both for construction and ongoing plant operations, has never been higher, the company said.

By diversifying its manufacturer partnerships, Engineered Rigging is better positioned to deliver purpose-built equipment to clients exactly when they need it, according to Cox.
