Engineered Rigging names marketing director

Engineered Rigging has appointed Melissa Hicks as director of marketing, bringing a longtime collaborator into a full-time leadership role as the company continues to expand its brand and communications strategy.

Based in Valparaiso, Indiana, USA, Engineered Rigging said Hicks has worked with the company as a consultant since its founding in 2017, helping shape its brand identity and industry presence. Her transition to a permanent role reflects what company leadership described as a natural next step.

Hicks brings nearly 30 years of marketing experience, with a background spanning brand strategy, content development and public relations. She is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
