Fassi expands in USA with Fascan acquisition

Italian loader crane manufacturer Fassi Group has acquired 100 per cent of its US dealer Fascan International.
The acquisition strengthens Fassi Group’s presence in the US market. It plans to invest in sales, commercial, and technical application functions. Fassi Group has been going more than 60 years and Fascan is its long-standing importer and distributor in the United States of Fassi and fellow Italian crane manufacturer Jekko brands.
Fassi Group is an active shareholder and strategic partner to Jekko.

Long-term association
Fascan has 150 service centres and dealers in the United States. Revenue exceeded US$50 million in 2025, the company reported. The Faloney family, a long-time partner of Fassi, will remain involved in the management, Fassi said.
“The acquisition of Fascan International allows us to consolidate our presence and offer in the American market,” said Victor Gottardi, Fassi CEO. “Through the investment plan we will further expand Fascan’s network and sales force, and we will enhance our distribution and technical application capabilities in the United States.”
For his part Bernie Faloney, Fascan International president, commented, “I am looking forward to the next phase of growth and the new opportunities that will arise.”
