Loader crane manufacturer Hiab made two new appointments to its leadership team. Jenny McGeough is president of loader cranes, heavy and superheavy and Kimberly Allan has been appointed executive vice president, business excellence.

McGeough starts 1 November 2025. Interim post holder Marcel Boxem will carry on as vice president, sales and product management in loader cranes, heavy and superheavy.

From 1 October 2025 Allan’s role replaces the position of executive vice president, business operations development. Hiab president and CEO Scott Phillips also held that position on an interim basis.
“I want to warmly welcome Jenny and Kimberly to Hiab’s leadership team. Jenny has a strong background in demanding leadership roles in international industrial engineering companies, while Kimberly brings a wealth of experience from successfully executing continuous improvement initiatives in leading global companies,” commented Scott Phillips.

- Sanna Ahonen, executive vice president, strategy and sustainability.
- Kimberly Allan, executive vice president, business excellence.
- Ghita Jansson-Kiuru, executive vice president, people and culture.
- Birgitte Skade, executive vice president, marketing and communications.
- Taina Tirkkonen, executive vice president, general counsel.
