Laso acquires French transport company

Laso, through its subsidiary Laso France, has acquired French transport company STDR-TEDL.

Founded in 1984, STDR-TEDL is headquartered in St. Étienne, France and has an annual turnover of €5 million. The acquisition is to place Laso in closer proximity to its customers and utilise the technical know-how, experience and support services of STDR-TEDL staff, the company says.
