Laso adds Mercedes trucks to fleet

Portuguese transport company Laso has acquired 18 new Mercedes Benz vehicles in the Actros 6x4 heavy duty model with torque converter.

The company said this latest investment will enhance its transport response capacity, reduce fuel consumption, and improve driver comfort.

It also aims to improve the efficiency of special long distance transport operations.

Each of the new vehicles are powered by 16 litre engines and are equipped with heavy duty torque converters.

The cabins have been designed for driver comfort and will be used for transport projects worldwide.
