Liburnia Poland joins global project cargo network

Liburnia Poland, the Warsaw-based branch of Croatian heavy lift and project cargo specialist Liburnia Maritime Agency, has been admitted to the Project Cargo Network, a global membership organisation connecting specialists across more than 110 countries.

The company, part of the Liburnia Group founded in 2004, specialises in multimodal project cargo forwarding and complex transport coordination across Central Europe.

Recent work includes the heavy-haul transport of a 115-tonne gearbox from Poland to the Port of Antwerp – 27.5 x 4.1 x 4.0 metres, 165 tonnes total on a 4+12 axle configuration – and a door-to-door delivery of automotive machinery from the Port of Gdynia to two locations in southern Poland, involving four out-of-gauge loads across seven trucks with on-site customs clearance.
