LSI buys Australia’s Robway

USA-based Load Systems International (LSI) Inc will acquire Robway Crane Safety Systems Pty. in Adelaide, South Australia.

LSI will take over operations of the Australian manufacturer of crane information instruments on 2 October 2012 and rebrand it as LSI Robway.

LSI's acquisition of Robway will increase its market share in the fast growing Australasia market, where Robway has enjoyed success since 1977, said the USA manufacturer. It also increases LSI's product offering, making Robway's range of cable-based instrumentation solutions available to customers who prefer cable technology, added LSI.
