Mediaco adds Cometto transporters

Mediaco in France has expanded its equipment fleet with the addition of self propelled modular transporter (SPMT) from Cometto.

France’s largest crane rental company has added 20 axle lines from the Cometto MSPE range of SPMT. In detail the new fleet comprises two 4-axle units and two 6-axle units, plus two 202 kW power pack units (PPU).

It is enough equipment to complete a wide range of specialized transport moves for loads weighing hundreds of tonnes. Different configurations can be combined to suit a wide range of projects.

A range of accessories were included with the deal. Mediaco is a longstanding customer of over the road trailer specialist Faymonville, owner of Cometto.
