Palfinger set to introduce new Parformance crane series at bauma

The PK 74002, a new model from Palfinger's Performance crane series, will make its debut at Bauma in April 2007. This model has three-percent higher lifting capacity than its predecessor model, the PK 72002. The company's PK 8501 (pictured) will also be at the show in Munich, held April 23-29.

Another model in the Performance crane series, it has an 11,900 pound lift capacity and an outreach of near 13 feet. The crane's outreach and technology complement each other with its High Power Lifting System (HPLS), by which the lifting capacity can be significantly increased and the working speed slightly reduced.
