Ramirent delists from Nasdaq Helsinki

Ramirent has delisted from the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange following Loxam’s redemtion of all Ramirent’s outstanding shares.

The Finland Chamber of Commerce confirmed today that Loxam has the right to redeem the minority shareholdings in Ramirent, paving the way for the delisting.

On December 10 Ramirent had submitted a delisting application to Nasdaq Helsinki and the exchange terminated public trading in its shares today at 3.40 pm.

The delisting is the final stage in Loxam’s acquisition of Ramirent.
