Silvasti and Denzai agree partnership

Finnish transport specialist Silvasti and Japanese lifting, transport and construction engineering specialist group Denzai have agreed a partnership to jointly work on projects.
Kuljetusliike Ville Silvasti Oy and Denzai International Holdings Pte. Ltd. established the business and capital partnership to deliver transport, crane and installation services in Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.
Denzai and Silvasti will combine equipment fleets, engineering, and project-management to jointly deliver heavy lifting and specialized transport for offshore wind and other energy projects.
This latest partnership should shorten project timelines, and “deliver greater reliability on increasingly complex projects,” Denzai said. The idea is to offer more capability from one source Customers gain access to a wider range of capabilities from a single, trusted source, “simplifying their supply chain and enhancing efficiency while meeting international standards in quality, safety, and productivity,” the company continued.
Joining the board
The partnership will see Kohki Uemura, Denzai president and CEO, join the board of Silvasti as a director.
Uemura commented, “Silvasti is a leading transport and logistics company with a strong footprint across the Nordics and the Baltics. Together, we’re building a partnership that delivers complete, end-to-end project capabilities to energy and infrastructure clients across the whole of Europe, Japan, and the wider APAC region.”
