The crane has been added to its fleet in Hengelo in the Netherlands. The company said this delivery is part of a sustainability partnership programme with Liebherr.

Liebherr will supply 25 new cranes to replace older machines in the fleet. This programme will, the company said, reduce its carbon dioxide and nitrogen emissions and modernise the technology.

The LTM 1650 8.1 has the VarioBallast system for adjusting the counterweight radius. It also has the variable outrigger system, VarioBase and the EcoDrive function.

To accompany the new crane, a pair of new trailers were also delivered to carry counterweight, jib sections and so on. Nooteboom Trailers supplied the 7-axle semi-trailers, fitted with an extra-long loading floor and outfitted as per Wagenborg Nedlift’s requirements.
