19 March 2008

Provide medical evaluation and treatment.  Immediately report violent incidents to local police.  Encourage employees to report all incidents, and to maintain a log.  Investigate and monitor all incidents and threats.  Inform victims of their right to prosecute perpetrators.  Review each incident with management and employees.  Encourage employees to share information needed to avoid incidents.  Provide counseling following a traumatic violent incident.
