Wilkerson Crane acquires Gilmore Crane in USA

Wilkerson Crane Rental has expanded its Kansas footprint with the acquisition of Gilmore Crane Corporation in Topeka, adding equipment, facilities and personnel. 

Wilkerson Crane Rental has acquired Gilmore Crane Corporation of Topeka, Kansas, USA, strengthening its footprint across the state and expanding its ability to serve commercial construction, manufacturing and industrial markets.

The transaction was completed following authorization from DM Gary Holding Company’s board of directors, including Board Chair Diana Holt and Board Member Jeff Holt.

The acquisition adds equipment, facilities and experienced personnel to Wilkerson’s in-state operations, enhancing fleet availability and response times throughout Kansas. Gilmore Crane Corporation brings a long-standing presence in the Topeka market and an established customer base to be integrated into Wilkerson’s existing network.

A major step
