Wood’s CRW Corp names new general manager

Williston, Vermont, USA-based Wood’s CRW Corp., a heavy construction equipment distributor for the Northeast, has appointed Carl Favata as general manager of the company’s crane division. Favata graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University, and received his Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University with a background in data analytics and modeling.

Since graduation, he has held sales and operations leadership roles in construction and business management, ranging from residential to excavation and heavy civil rentals and sales. He will now be overseeing the crane sales division for Wood’s CRW for their four branches covering eight states in the Northeast. He is looking to bring a strong track record of success to CRW’s partners through creative solutions and industry leading service.

CRW is an authorized dealer for Link-Belt cranes, Volvo construction equipment, National Crane boom trucks, Shuttlelift carry deck cranes, Merlo telehandlers, Maeda mini cranes, and Link-Belt excavators.
