Crane Service adds third Liebherr LG 1800-1.0 to fleet

Crane Service Inc. purchased a Liebherr LG 1800-1.0 at the Bauma 2025 trade show for use on wind energy projects nationwide

Crane Service Inc. purchased another LG 1800-1.0 lattice boom wheeled mobile crane from Liebherr at Bauma 2025, the international construction trade show.

The new addition marks the third LG 1800-1.0 in the company’s fleet and will be deployed on wind farm sites for turbine construction and maintenance.

Headquartered in the USA, Crane Service operates in 35 states and maintains a fleet of more than 15 Liebherr crane models. The company provides heavy lift and rigging services across a wide range of applications.

The LG 1800-1.0 is designed with the wind industry in mind, offering multiple boom configurations suitable for modern turbine heights. Built on an all-terrain chassis, the crane provides enhanced mobility on job sites. It is also equipped with Liebherr’s WindSpeed load charts, which allow for continued lifting operations in higher wind conditions.
