Engineered Rigging names vice president

Mike Beres, Vice President, Engineered Rigging

Engineered Rigging, a heavy lifting equipment rental and engineering company, has promoted Mike Beres to vice president.

“Mike has made a significant impact at Engineered Rigging during the past three years,” said Christopher E. Cox, P.E., founder and president of Engineered Rigging. “In this leadership role, Mike will help accelerate our company’s growth and elevate the customer experience.”

With more than 25 years of experience and a passion for the heavy lift and specialized transport business, Beres has extensive industry knowledge and practical experience, the company said. In his new role, Beres will oversee Engineered Rigging’s sales and operations while developing customer engagement and vendor relationships. Beres’ prior experience includes 20 years working at Enerpac. He is also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Marines Corps.
