Max Trailer expands into US market with new models

Max Trailer models roll out on US highways as the brand launches stateside operations.

Max Trailer, part of the Faymonville Group, is officially entering the North American market with plans to assemble trailers in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. The company is launching with two models aimed at heavy haul operations: the SteeroX single drop trailer and the HoverX double drop trailer.

The SteeroX features a steerable 2+2 axle configuration, an extendable deck and a low platform height to accommodate a range of cargo types, including industrial equipment and transformers. Designed with a 126-inch rear swing clearance gooseneck, the trailer is compatible with a 2-axle Joe Dog, making it suitable for jobs that demand tight maneuvering and high payload capacity.

The HoverX is a 3-axle double drop trailer that can be extended with a nitro booster or Joe Dog. Its ultra-low main deck allows for the transport of tall freight, and a hydraulic kingpin steering system improves control in confined or curved routes. The trailer’s bolt-on coupling design allows for quick deck extension, and its fully metallized frame helps protect against corrosion.

“With these two models, Max Trailer is setting the tone for what’s to come,” the company said. “More innovations are already in the pipeline, and we’re just getting started.”

Max Trailer says its US operations will combine European engineering with a local presence to offer flexible, durable trailer solutions for the North American heavy haul market.
