Arrowhead Winch expands global sales team

Freddy Lund

Arrowhead Winch has strengthened its international presence with the addition of two seasoned professionals to its global sales team.

Based in Denmark, Freddy Lund will oversee distributor and OEM partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With a background in manufacturing sales, purchasing and logistics, Lund most recently worked with BraunAbility Europe. His experience building strong customer relationships will be central to supporting Arrowhead Winch’s expanding EMEA operations.

Justin Hiebra

Justin Hiebra joins the company as sales manager for Central and South America. With more than 25 years of sales experience in the aviation and industrial sectors, Hiebra has held leadership roles at AerSale Component Solutions, MAN Engine & Components – Latin America and Cummins Latin America. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia University.
