Boom Logistics and Empire Energy form alliance

Crane and transport specialist Boom Logistics in Australia and Empire Energy have formed an alliance to work together on Australia’s offshore wind infrastructure.

Empire Energy Offshore is in the business of engineering, procurement, and construction for the offshore wind industry.

Commenting on the development Empire Energy said, “This collaboration marks a significant step in both companies’ commitment to strengthening Australia’s future offshore wind infrastructure, driving the nation’s renewable energy ambitions forward.”

A key element of the collaboration is to engage stakeholders as early as possible in the process to ensure the best outcomes. Working with them, Empire and Boom will “…support the research, development, deployment, and long-term viability of offshore wind projects in this rapidly evolving market,” Empire said.

Joint contribution

Boom offers expertise in crane operations, transport management, local laws and regulations, and engineering. Empire will use its industry knowledge to drive seamless project execution from planning to completion.

Services offered will include port infrastructure development, construction, engineering, heavy lifting and logistics.

For his part Ben Pieyre, Boom Logistics Limited CEO, commented, “Collaborating with Empire Energy presents a tremendous opportunity to showcase our expertise in large-scale logistics and lifting solutions.
