Boom Logistics, an Australian company delivering heavy lift solutions and project logistics services, has released its company results for the 2025 – ’26 business year (ending June 30).

Increased project activity has seen company revenue increase 2.4% to $271 million (all numbers are in AUS dollars). EBITA has also increased, from $50.0 million to $51.8 million, an increase of 3.6%.

Following on from that, earning per share has improved 48.2%, from 22.2 to 32.9 cps.

Over financial year 2026, Boom renewed more than $230 million in contracts, including an agreement covering Olympic Dam with BHP which is expected to generate approximately $40 million per annum over five years.

Lester Fernandez, Boom Logistics Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer said: “FY26 was a year that Boom continued to drive benefits from structural and operational changes which have translated into stronger financial performance.

“We lifted margins, improved cash generation, increased shareholder funds, and secured long-term work across our key markets.”

Fernandez added that this reflected a more focused operating model, with tighter commercial discipline and improved fleet management.

“Importantly, the changes made during FY26 have bolstered both the earnings capacity and balance sheet of the business. This gives us greater flexibility to invest selectively in our fleet and pursue attractive growth opportunities, while maintaining a clear focus on returns and long-term shareholder value.”

The report also noted that there were two lost time injuries, including a fatality which occurred at Clarke Creek in July 2025. Boom is continuing to work with authorities regarding this incident.
