Bragg acquires Valley Crane and Rigging

Bragg Crane Service of Long Beach, California, USA has acquired five-year-old Valley Crane and Rigging. Valley Crane Founder Luke Winters will remain as manager.

"We were approached by Bragg about a year ago at a conference in Toronto," Winters said of his decision to sell Bragg. "They ended up making us an offer and I researched their company and really liked what I saw and the direction I wanted to take my company. I saw it as an opportunity to step aside and let the company go forward and really make some great strides."

Valley Crane will continue to operate under its name for a period of time before switching to the Bragg name. Valley Crane operates a fleet of a dozen crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes and truck cranes. Bragg offers customers more than 200 hydraulic, conventional, rough terrain and crawler cranes from 8.5 to 900 tons capacity.
