Konecranes acquires Peinemann subsidiaries

Industrial and port crane manufacturing group Konecranes has closed its acquisition of Rotterdam-based Peinemann Port Services BV and Peinemann Container Handling BV, subsidiaries of Peinemann. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.
