Lifco acquires Boscaro

Crane attachment firm Boscaro in Italy has been acquired by Lifco Group in Sweden.

Boscaro makes a wide range of equipment from concrete buckets and lifting forks to beams and other lifting attachments, slings, baskets and clamps. Net sales in 2025 were €9.5 million (US$11 million). Based in Campiglia dei Berici, near Vicenza, Boscaro has 35 employees.

Lifco is an investment business that acquires and develops small and medium size companies using a long-term approach focusing on profitability and decentralisation. Having acquired more than 150 companies worldwide since 2006 it now has more than 275 in close to 40 countries. Net sales in 2025 were SEK28.3 billion ($ 3 billion) and its EBITDA margin was 22.4 %.

As one of four companies already acquired in 2026 Boscaro will be consolidated into Lifco’s demolition and tools business division, expected to complete before the end of the second quarter 2026.

“The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the the 2026 financial year,” Lifco said.
