Maxim marks multiple crane handovers at ConExpo 2026

Maxim Crane Works used the ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026 trade show in Las Vegas, USA, to mark a series of fleet investments and formal crane handovers with several major manufacturers, reinforcing the company’s ongoing strategy to modernize its nationwide lifting fleet.

During the show, the USA’s largest crane rental company finalized key equipment sign-overs with multiple manufacturers, including Kobelco, Liebherr, Link-Belt, Manitowoc and Tadano, covering a range of crawler, all terrain and truck crane models.

Among the highlights was the formal handover of a Liebherr LR 1400.1 SX crawler crane and LTM 1055-3.3 all terrain crane, representing additions from both Liebherr’s Nenzing crawler crane division and Ehingen mobile crane facility.

Maxim also completed a sign-over with Link-Belt Cranes for the next generation of 248 HSL crawler crane, while Manitowoc marked the world premiere and handoff of the first Grove GMK8700 all terrain crane.

Additional fleet milestones included a key sign-over with Kobelco for new crawler crane additions and a handoff with Tadano supporting new crawlers and truck cranes as part of Maxim’s 2026–2027 fleet maintenance program.

Maxim said the investments reflect its broader strategy of maintaining a diverse fleet across multiple crane classes and manufacturers to support complex lifting projects across industrial, infrastructure and commercial sectors.
