ML Holdings, Inc acquires Marks Crane & Rigging

ML Holdings, Inc. has acquired Marks Crane & Rigging, adding the Odessa, Texas business to its portfolio of crane rental firms.

Marks Crane & Rigging provides heavy lifting and transportation services in the West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico area.

The acquisition includes nine full service branch locations, 235 employees, and 135 cranes, 210 trailers, 130 road tractors and 20 forklifts.

David Landreth will continue as the business leader of Marks Crane & Rigging.

Marks Crane & Rigging becomes ML Holdings’ third operated crane and rigging company, joining Baltimore-based United Crane & Rigging, and Albuquerque-based Crane Service Inc.
