Morningstar new Stafford product support VP

Stafford has hired Thomas Morningstar as vice president of product support. Morningstar will be based in the Lawrenceville branch and is responsible for overseeing parts and service operations for Stafford's nine locations. He brings construction equipment product support knowledge, having worked at TRAX, LB Smith and ASC.
