Mullen Crane’s Grove GMK6350 (crane on the right) lifts a 24,000 pound flare tip for Exxon Mobil in Shute Creek, WY. The crane was rigged with 159 feet of main boom and 88.6 feet of lattice extension.

Mullen Crane used its Grove GMK6350 (crane on the right) to lift a 24,000 pound flare tip for Exxon Mobil in Shute Creek, WY.

The GMK was rigged with 159 feet of main boom and 88.6 feet of lattice extension. The total weight lifted, including deductions, was 30,200 pounds. The lift put the crane at 78.6 percent of chart, according to the company.

A hydraulic assist crane, a Grove GMK5165, is rigged with 197 feet of main boom and 59 feet of swing away jib and is lifting a man basket.
