MyCrane Trading launches in UAE
17 September 2025
MyCrane Trading is the latest addition to the rapidly expanding MyCrane series of international crane services businesses.
Owner Andrei Geikalo has raised US$50 million to start operating from the Jebel Ali free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. MyCrane Trading offers crane sales, leasing and maintenance services.

The capital was provided by an investment holding company from DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) in Dubai.
MyCrane is best known for its online crane rental platform which has thousands of crane owners and users signed up to it around the world. Many of them are potential customers for MyCrane Trading which is described as bridging the gap between marketplace and yard.
“With MyCrane Trading we bring the efficiency, transparency, and reliability of our digital marketplace to a physical yard at Jebel Ali Free Zone. No more hidden charges, no altered machines – just pure performance and integrity,” explained Andrei Geikalo who founded MyCrane and is CEO at MyCrane Trading.
Physical cranes
The new venture “will integrate physical inventory and digital reach to deliver seamless access to sales and rentals in the Gulf Region,” the company said. That physical inventory will include all terrain, crawler, rough terrain and tower cranes for sale or rent. Each machine will carry certified inspection and safety reports.
Commenting on the rationale behind the move Geikalo said, “We’ve seen rising global demand for both new and used cranes, and growing appetite from asset owners to monetise surplus equipment.
“With MyCrane Trading as a key partner, we can now respond directly to this demand by instantly connecting sellers with the rental platform’s thousands of fleet-owning users, many of whom have urgent purchase needs. Whether purchasing locally or internationally, MyCrane Trading customers can access genuine machines at the best possible prices, supported by expert sourcing, rigorous checks and a dedicated customer service team.”
In addition to having a ready-made customer base and supply pipeline from MyCrane, the new venture can benefit from its digital reach and market data, “to provide competitive and transparent equipment sales.”
While it will be a global business the focus will be on the Middle East, Africa, CIS and Asia.
“Our mission has always been to simplify crane procurement,” Geikalo continued, “This new collaboration allows us to do that – not just for rentals, but for ownership too.”
