Shara Perez-Wilkinson joins Fleet Cost & Care

Fleet Cost & Care (FCC), a leading fleet management software provider for the crane, rigging, and specialized equipment industries in the USA, has announced the appointment of Shara Perez-Wilkinson as executive vice president of advisory and business solutions. Perez-Wilkinson will partner with executive teams and stakeholders to define strategic objectives, build scalable systems, and implement best practices that drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Perez-Wilkinson is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience driving organizational transformation, business process optimization and cross-functional integration throughout multiple industries in North America. She brings a proven record of aligning people, processes, and technology with corporate strategy to deliver measurable results and enterprise value.

In her leadership career, Perez-Wilkinson held executive roles at TNT Crane & Rigging, including vice president of business operations and director of business operations. She spearheaded initiatives to streamline operations, advance KPI frameworks, optimized technology vendor performance, and integrated acquisitions into unified business practices.

She has also led construction and business development divisions, building new markets, securing strategic partnerships, and strengthening alignment between executive leadership and field operations.
