Terex names training manager

Soenke Eichhorn has been named training manager for Terex Cranes, North America. In his new position, Eichhorn will oversee and organize training for the IHI crawler, tower, rough terrain, boom truck and Demag all terrain crane products for the Wilmington, NC and Waverly, IA locations. He will be located in Wilmington, NC. Soenke Eichhorn began working with Demag Cranes in Germany as a test field engineer for telescoping and crawler cranes in 1991. While at Demag he also worked in various positions and assisting with the development of new technology and prototype testing.

In 1995 he was transferred to Houston to build up the service department in the US for Demag Mobile Cranes. Eichhorn moved to Wilmington, NC with the acquisition of Demag by Terex and has been responsible for training and supporting the Service and Sales Department.
