Waltz new estimator at Budrovich

Budrovich Contracting has hired Ron Waltz as senior estimator in the crane rental division.

With close to 20 years of crane estimating and customer relationship management experience, Waltz was previously with Bollmeier Crane in southern Illinois. At Budrovich he will be responsible for estimating and bidding projects in the metro east and southern Illinois.

Darren Jaycox, president of Budrovich Crane said, “With the recent purchase of our new GMK7550 [550 ton mobile telescopic crane], and the addition of Ron to our staff, we are very excited at the possibilities ahead. We&339;re especially excited about opportunities in the power, industrial and infrastructure areas of the construction market.”

The Budrovich Companies specialize in crane rental, site utility excavation, mass and finish grading, and residential, commercial and industrial land development. Budrovich employs nearly 150 skilled operators, laborers and teamsters in the St. Louis metropolitan region, utilizing nearly 90 pieces of excavation and grading equipment and 30 mobile hydraulic cranes.
