Manitowoc expands with new Peru office

USA-headquartered crane manufacturer Manitowoc has opened a new office in Santiago de Surco, a district of Lima in Peru.

The new facility will expedite parts deliveries and facilitate access to aftersales services in Peru and neighbouring countries, the company said.

The new facility is part of Manitowoc’s plan to expand its presence throughout Latin America, with offices already running in Sao Paulo in Brazil, Santiago in Chile, Bogota in Colombia, and Monterrey in Mexico.

Speaking on the opening day of the new office, Cristian Galaz, general manager for Manitowoc in Latin America said, “It was a fantastic event that marked the beginning of a new chapter for Manitowoc in Peru. Our team is thrilled to continue supporting our customers in Peru as we grow together.”
