Denzai Philippines to supply 800 tonne crawler crane for wind power project

Denzai Philippines is to provide equipment to support the Tanay Wind Power Project, located in the local province of Rizal.
The installation should generate about 128 MW. Replacing fossil fuel generation should cut carbon dioxide production by about 200,000 tonnes.

Denzai will supply an 800 tonne crawler crane for component handling and installation of the turbines. The rental contract is has a run time of five months.
“Supporting a project of this scale is a great step for Denzai Philippines,” said Selvakumar Tamilappan, director and country manager of Denzai Philippines.
“We look forward to a successful deployment and to serving the Philippines’ growing renewable energy sector.”
Denzai is a heavy-lift specialist with headquarters in Muroran, Japan. The company has worked across a series of renewable energy projects around the world, lending expertise to assist with installation, operation and maintenance.
Established in 2023, Denzai Philippines has already assisted in a series of renewable energy projects across the country.
