Rental company Inntalkran Zaisserer supplied a Liebherr LTM 1095-5.1 mobile crane to move a new arch into place next to the banks of the Seeon Lake in Germany.

The 95 tonne capacity all terrain crane was used to lower the arch into the water. The 5-axle LTM 1095-5.1 made full use of 58 metres of boom.

The arch is a joint project between artist Erwin Wiegerling, called E.Lin, and the Culture and Education Centre of the Upper Bavaria Kloster Seeon district and the Chiemgau Counselling Workshops. It replaces the “old” arch, designed by artist E.Lin, which had been by the banks of the Seeon Lake for seven years.

The arch will house an art exhibition until the end of the year, before it is used for marriage ceremonies.
