This was the biggest vessel ever arrived at Thessaloniki port to discharge wind farm parts.

The shipment comprised of nine complete set of wind turbine parts, weighing nearly 6,000 tonnes.

There were 219 units in one shipment, with the heaviest unit generator weighing 95 tonnes.

The scope of work for the Cosmatos team included unlashing/unwelding at Thessaloniki port, offloading in tandem and single lift as well as port arrangements for temporary storage at a port designated area and the inward customs clearance formalities.
