Manitowoc, MGX and Aspen Equipment launch fundraising campaign for veterans with PTSD

Difficult crane sales environment but used equipment and aftermarket shows promise

The acquisition will expand Manitowoc’s footprint with new and used crane sales, aftermarket parts, service and remanufacturing support in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. 

The new location features an on-site parts warehouse, larger indoor bays and ample space for equipment.

The strategically placed facility aims to better serve the growing Baton Rouge metro area and southern Louisiana. 

The company chose an EnCORE refurbished crane due to its shorter lead time, lower upfront cost and immediate availability

The South Carolina-location will offers new crane sales, parts, service and training for National Crane and Potain brands. 

The crane rental company has launched a multi-year project to remanufacture 14 of its Manitowoc 2250 crawler cranes.

Marcus “Shane” Davidson will now serve as the company’s director of sales.

In his new role, Orzechowski will serve as branch manager of the company’s Bloomington, MN branch.
